The SterlingPro French Coffee Press is amazing! I was using the standard drip-type coffee maker for years, but I kept thinking that I didn't like the coffee it made. I tried different coffee brands, flavors, grinding beans up myself, etc. and what I realized is that it was brewing at a temperature that was simply too high. I decided to give this French press a try, and now I will never go back. The same old store brand coffee I always buy tastes gourmet when it is prepared through a French press! This particular model is nice because it has a large capacity, so it's big enough for a few cups (great for more than one coffee drinker). The chrome trim is stylish but simple, which means it's easy to clean and not prone to breaking. The handle is sturdy and easy to use. Also, it comes with several replacement filters which will last for a long time (I've used it for a few weeks now, and the original one shows no signs of quitting). Speaking of the filter, I have not had any issues with grains getting into my cup, it's at least as good as the other models I've tried at other people's houses. SterlingPro was kind enough to provide me with a discount so that I could test this press out and provide an informed review.
