Works great on my old laptop which I've kept alive through various upgrades. I've got an SSD and Windows 10 on it, but it was struggling with its old 2.4gH A/B/G internal wifi card. This helps me breath new life into the old thing. Now it keeps up with the rest of my network and lets me broadcast N-Only wifi from my router. I let Windows install the drivers and installation was no issue at all. The unit itself is very compact, so you can plug it in and forget about it without risking it breaking off even if you put it in a bag frequently. Ourlink was kind enough to provide me with a discount so that I could try this adapter out and leave an informed review.
