5.0 out of 5 stars A great kit, but bring your own heat., May 9, 2016
My Galaxy S6 has been run pretty hard in the last year or so. The battery has been exposed to some serious temperatures over the time. Between strange software issues where the phone heats up inexplicably and looses its charge over the course of an hour or two, or from taking long videos and slow motion shots, which also causes lots of heat to constantly using both the rapid charging and wireless Qi charging which can occasionally cause their own heat issues. Enter the BinTEK battery replacement kit for the Galaxy S6. Now I have the peace of mind that I can run my battery into the ground and then have everything I need to replace the factory battery with a new, ready-to go backup. The tools are great and the battery is a perfect fit for the phone. The one tool that you will need that is not included is a hair dryer. Since the Galaxy S6 uses glue to hold the back cover on, you will need to heat it up to soften the glue prior to prying off the back cover. The cynic in me thinks maybe just wait for your Galaxy S6 to overheat and use that heat to soften the glue. For instructions, I suggest checking out iFixit's instructional videos. They will show you the best method for getting the device pulled apart.

BinTEK was kind enough to provide me with a discount so that I could try this item out and provide an informed review.
